A personal note from Anna Gimbrère, first “Astronaut of Spaceship Earth”.
Astronaut Wubbo Ockels, who also was my professor, developed his own concept of time. He said: “Time is a creation of life in response to gravity”. A mindboggling theory we can hopefully put to test someday. Either way, time is precious, for all of us. And so is our planet. It’s time to care and act now.
It is a privilege to be part of keeping his legacy alive through the Happy Energy foundation.

Guess what, we all are…
Even though we are finding ways to escape our beautiful planet and travel to others. Our Dutch astronaut Wubbo Ockels (first Dutchie who traveled through space in 1985:), understood how important it is to understand the fact that we áre actually astronauts of our own beautiful spaceship Earth.

The music industry is not a very sustainable environment.Thinking of ways to compensate this is a
start (and then doing!). One positive thing about the Corona crisis is that we don’t travel as much anymore to meet someone in person but a video call will do just fine as well! In what way are you taking care of our
spaceship?
